How do I sell on Sale It Fast?
Create a free account, click 'Sell' in the navigation, fill in your item's title, description, photos, price, and condition — your listing goes live in minutes. Your very first listing is completely free.
Is it free to list items?
Yes — your first listing is completely free. Each additional listing costs $1 (one listing credit). There are no commissions or success fees, so 100% of every sale goes directly to you.
How do I buy something?
Browse or search for the item you want, click the listing, then use the 'Buy Now' button to pay securely via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed the seller is notified and will arrange shipping or pickup with you.
What payment methods are accepted?
Sale It Fast uses Stripe for secure checkout, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Is Sale It Fast safe to use?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe — Sale It Fast never stores your card details. Seller identities are verified at sign-up, listings go through AI content moderation, and you can report any listing or user directly from their profile.
Can I sell locally (in-person pickup)?
Absolutely. When creating a listing choose 'Local Pickup' or 'Local Pickup & Shipping' as your shipping option. Set your city and state so nearby buyers can find your item. Always meet in a public place for in-person exchanges.
How do I contact a seller?
On any listing page click the message button to open a direct conversation with the seller. Messaging is only available to signed-in users. Sellers typically respond within a few hours.
What items are not allowed?
Prohibited items include illegal drugs, counterfeit or stolen goods, illegal weapon modifications, live animals, adult content, gift cards, and hazardous materials. Firearms may be listed under our Firearms category subject to our disclaimer and local laws — shipping of firearms is not permitted.
What is the return policy?
Returns are negotiated directly between buyers and sellers. We encourage sellers to describe items accurately and include clear photos. If you receive an item that is significantly not as described, contact the seller first; if unresolved, reach out to Sale It Fast support.
How do I report a listing or user?
On any listing page scroll to the bottom and click 'Report this listing.' On a user's profile click the flag icon. Our moderation team reviews all reports, typically within 24 hours.
